Submitter: This came across my desk today to get re-cataloged, and I’m pretty sure it’s going to the circular file. I’m guessing that the information available on the loan process for starting a small business has changed drastically since the late 90’s. I’m also cringing at the legislative contact information. Senator Wellstone for Minnesota has been dead for 10 years now. And isn’t it charming how some small businesses are having success advertising, nay, even have success getting payment over the World Wide Web! Update!
